High Point Country Club’s Fitness Center offers a wide variety of equipment, personal training and group fitness classes to help our members meet their fitness goals. The Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day for our member's convenience. The Fitness Center features state-of-the-art equipment.

Fitness Director

We have a full time Fitness Director, Shannon Snipes, who is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Exercise & Sports Science. She also did graduate studies at UNC-Greensboro in Exercise Physiology. Snipes has a personal training certification and a BTS certification in spin, step, water and core training and 25 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Personal Training
