Mitchell Nicks comes to HPCC with more than twenty-five years of experience in the culinary arts. Mitchell began his journey with culinary school (Johnson & Wales University) and a French apprenticeship at Philippe Million in Savoie, France. He has prior experience as Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Dir. at the Greensboro City Club, former Executive Chef at Sedgefield Country Club, former Executive Chef and Owner of both Pastiche & Muse restaurants in Greensboro, former Chef de Cuisine at High Point University, former Executive Chef at Green Valley Grill and most recently the Executive Chef at Butcher and Bull Restaurant at the Winston-Salem Marriott. Mitchell is a classically trained chef that has extensive experience with private clubs, fine dining, large catering departments and banquets.
