Laura Arbaugh is an experienced and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist based in North Carolina. Originally from Royal Oak, MI, she relocated to NC in 2020 and holds active licensure in both Michigan and North Carolina. Laura has been practicing massage therapy since 2012, following her graduation from the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy in Ann Arbor, MI. She also holds an Associate's Degree in Pre-Nursing, which, along with her previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), has equipped her with a deep understanding of medical conditions and the body’s healing processes.

With a focus on holistic well-being, Laura specializes in helping clients navigate chronic pain, trauma recovery, and energetic blockages through a combination of therapeutic techniques and energy work. Her approach encourages clients to reconnect with their bodies and supports their journey towards health, balance, and wellness. Laura is particularly passionate about providing relief for those experiencing persistent pain and emotional blockages, creating a safe and nurturing environment for healing.

In addition to her private practice, Laura is an instructor at a local community college, where she teaches massage therapy to the next generation of practitioners. She is highly trained in a wide range of modalities, including Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Prenatal Massage, Reiki, Cupping, Gua Sha, Hot Stone Therapy (including Himalayan Hot Stone), Geriatric Massage, Hot Bamboo, Cryotherapy, Reflexology, and Guided Meditation.

With over a decade of experience and a diverse skill set, Laura is dedicated to supporting her clients on their wellness journey, whether they are seeking pain relief, emotional healing, or overall relaxation.
