Lindsay has been in the group fitness industry for over 20 years. Her love for group fitness classes started when she took her first class at East Carolina University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She has been hooked ever since. Lindsay holds multiple fitness certifications and enjoys the fun of teaching a variety of class formats with her favorites being step and hip hop.
