High Point Country Club has Two Fitness Centers - One at Each Campus!

The setting of the Emerywood Wellness and Fitness Center is so inspiring overlooking the beautiful golf course. The facility features spacious windows that peer out to a terrace that can be utilized for outdoor workouts or relaxing after a workout. 

The vision of the Wellness and Fitness center is not just a place to exercise.  Our goal is to create a space where like-minded individuals come together to support, encourage, and celebrate each other's achievements. We are dedicated to providing you with the tools, resources, and positive environment needed to make your fitness journey fulfilling and enjoyable.  

Emerywood offers an array of classes, expertise of professional instructors, massage room and a highly customized and energizing fitness experience.

The Willow Creek Fitness Center, adjacent to the Indoor Tennis Facility, is over 1,000 square feet of advanced fitness equipment.
