Christy Weaver, BS, CPT

Director of Wellness, Fitness & Aquatics

Christy comes to us from Starmount Forest Country Club where she held the same position. Christy is a graduate of UNC Greensboro (Public Health Education), holds many fitness certifications and has a great deal of teaching and management experience in the fitness industry.

In addition to being the Wellness Dir. at Starmount Forest CC, Christy has previous experience as Manager of Health & Fitness at Cone Health-Sagewell in Greensboro, Wellness Dir. at Homestead Hills Sr. Living in Winston-Salem, Manager of Fitness & Tennis Pro Shop at Pinehurst Resort & Country Club, and served as an Adjunct Professor of Physical Education at Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst, NC.

Her background includes teaching a wide variety of classes and servicing all age groups including grade school age children, pre-natal fitness groups, Silver Sneakers programs for seniors, Les Mills programs, and a variety of strength, flexibility, yoga, and aquatics classes. Christy understands the private club industry and appreciates the opportunity to work with Club Members to help them reach their health and fitness goals.
